Geo-Corp, Inc. is a direct residential mortgage lender, Fannie Mae-approved seller/servicer, and HUD-approved DE lender. Geo-Corp, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals who want to build careers in the mortgage lending industry. Location: Monterey Park, CA (10 minutes from DTLA) Secondary Market Associate - Responsibilities: o Produce and distribute daily pricing/rate sheets. o Process new lock requests and execute lock revisions, extensions, re-locks, cancellation. o Provide support and answer questions regarding the rate lock process. o Complete Corresponding investor locks, ensuring target profit margins. o Administer, configure, and maintain Pricing Engine, including eligibility and pricing rules. o Additional duties are required to meet team and company goals. - Qualifications: o Prior experience is preferred but not required. o College degree preferred. o Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Salary: $48K + (Depending on experience) Post Closer - Responsibilities: o Assist with Closer/Post Closing duties. o Accurately and completely prepare documents for post-closing. o Review and deliver complete closed loan packages as assigned. o Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues in loan files. o Issue post-closing conditions for loan defects and contact appropriate parties for documentation needed. - Qualifications: o Prior experience is required. o College degree preferred. o Strong detail-oriented, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment - Salary: $66K + (Depending on experience) Benefits: o Medical (Company 100% paid)/ dental/ vision/ life Insurance o 401(K) with company match o Paid time off and holidays o Provided Lunch o Opportunities for professional growth and development Please submit your resume to: careers@geofunding.com
