Senior Sales Account Manager ​ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Utilize various information to identify and identify potential customers. • Draft and execute sales contracts. • Retain new and existing customers and manage customer complaints. • Research and analyze beauty markets by region and country. • Participate in various promotional events, such as international and domestic beauty exhibitions and consultations, to identify potential customers and trends online and offline. • Collaborate with other departments to develop sales strategies utilizing various promotions and events. • Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory and purchase order cycles. • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. • Handle additional tasks assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field • Experience managing accounts at international and domestic chain stores • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • At least three years of experience in sales management and planning • Fluent in English and Korean • Experience in beauty industry sales • Willingness to approach diverse situations and a service-minded approach • Applicants who are not disqualified from employment in the United States Additional Requirements: • Obtain a driver's license • Able to travel domestically and internationally Pay: $65k - $80K Senior Sales Account Manager ​ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • 다양한 정보를 활용하여 잠재고객 탐색 및 발굴 • 영업 계약서 작성 및 계약 체결 관리 • 신규 및 기존 고객 유지 그리고 고객 불만 관리 • 각 지역, 국가별로 뷰티 시장 조사 및 분석 • 해외 및 국내 뷰티관련 전시회 및 상담회 등 각종 홍보 행사에 참가 하여, 온라인 또는 오프라인을 통해 잠재고객을 발굴 및 트렌드 파악 • 다른 부서와 협력하여 다양한 홍보 및 이벤트를 활용해서 영업 전략 수립 • 내부팀과 협력하여 재고 및 구매 주문 주기 관리 • 매월과 분기별 영업 목표 달성 또는 초과 • 이 외에 부여되는 추가적인 업무 처리 Requirements: • 관련 분야에서 학사 학위 소지 • 해외 및 국내 체인 스토어 계정 관리 경험 • MS office (word, excel, powerpoint) 활용능력 보유자 • 영업 관리 및 기획 업무 관련 3년 이상 경력 보유자 • 능통한 영어 및 한국어 구사 • 뷰티 업계 영업 경력자 • 다양한 접근 시도하려는 태도, 서비스 마인드 • 미국 내 취업에 결격 사유가 없으신 분 Additional Requirements: • 운전 면허증 소유자 • 국내 및 해외 출장 가능한 자 Pay: $65k - $80K Business Operations Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Manage day to day company operations. • Provide strong leadership including developing and monitoring individual and team performance goals, coaching managers and driving major change initiatives. • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth among staff. • Track performance improvements and employee growth. • Reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks • Leading orientation sessions for new employees. • Oversees implementation of key HR programs including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exit processes. • Collaborate with the leadership to establish long-term and short-term strategic plans. • Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations and standards.
